LINK AND TASK BAR PROBLEM, PLS HELP!

there is an icon in the task bar, a red circle with X, and it says "your computer is infected. another problem is when i clikc on a link, for example, yahoo search results, instead of going to the right website, i go to a totally different site. please help me! here is my HJT log.
